Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, please review our cancellation guidelines below: 🔹 Cancellation Notice Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled consultation time to cancel or reschedule 🔹 Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours is not permitted. 🔹 No-Shows If a client does not attend the scheduled session without prior notice, the full consultation fee will be charged. 🔹 Rescheduling We’re happy to reschedule your session once at no extra cost, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
